Jack came out promptly to diagnose a problem with the flushing mechanism in our toilet in a concealed cistern. He cleared a blockage in the water feed and then sourced and replaced the necessary parts. Jack kept us informed throughout, completed the work efficiently and provided an excellent service. Before creating our dream garden, a problem of flooding needed to be addressed. Jack and his amazing Team surveyed and identified the issues and causes. They then carried out extensive groundwork and created a bespoke underground drainage system, solving a problem that had existed for years.  Our home is now fully protected from excess surface water, puddling at the back of the house, and the garden now drains freely and safely. Above ground is the most stunning and chic of gardens, exactly as we pictured and hoped for.  We cannot thank the Redline Team enough for their outstanding service, skill and attention to detail, and for close consultation at every stage. We had Redline out after discovering a leak on our mains water pipe and had previously been quoted over £1,000 for the repair. Jack attended, found the source of the leak and quickly realised the water supply wasn’t isolating properly, meaning a permanent repair couldn’t safely be carried out at that time. He managed to temporarily stop the leak and then went above and beyond by contacting Wessex Water directly and organising for them to attend and sort the issue with the water meter so the repair could be completed properly. Really helpful, honest and professional service from start to finish. Jack came out to our home in Corfe Mullen after we contacted him about a broken door. He responded quickly and was polite and professional throughout. The repair was especially important for our safety and to keep our dogs secure,  he handled everything efficiently and with care.
